How much is the application fee?
Non-refundable $60/Applicant over 18 years of age.
What is the holding fee?
A $300 holding fee is required to reserve your home. Upon approval of this application, the holding fee shall be retained as part of the first months’ rent. Once approved, if applicant cancels application prior to the execution of the lease, all holding fees received will be forfeited as liquidated damages in payment for the agent’s time and effort in processing the application, including making necessary investigation of credit, character, and reputation. If this application is not approved by the owner or agent, the holding fee will be refunded, the applicant hereby waiving any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance.
What are your application requirements?

Our criteria for all applicants include:
Verifiable Income: A gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent is required. We will verify this using recent pay stubs or other official documentation.
Positive Rental History: We look for favorable rental references from previous landlords.
Stable Employment: We require a history of stable and verifiable employment.
Good Credit Standing: Our review of your credit report will confirm a good credit rating.
Bankruptcy: Any bankruptcy must be discharged for at least 12 months, and proof of discharge will be required.

What is your pet policy and fees?
No pets are currently allowed at Westmount Apartments.

Do you allow grills?
Grills are not permitted on terraces. A community grill is available near the Clubhouse.
