"Village of Olde Hickory apartments are beautiful. Spacious and great floor layout. All staff are professional, courteous and efficient, including leasing agents, inside and outside maintenance crew. Peaceful, quiet area with lots of great walking paths. Neighbors are very welcoming and helpful to each other. 🐾 Our dog enjoys the dog park here and her new friends. Our cat likes to look out the big apartment windows. Management solicits our ideas for events and activities."

Pet Essentials at Olde Hickory

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions at The Village at Olde Hickory! To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, please review the following pet policies:

  • All applicable pet fees and deposits must be paid in full before bringing a pet into your home.

  • Exotic or non-domestic animals (including monkeys, large birds, farm animals, squirrels, large snakes, and large lizards) are not permitted.

  • Aquariums larger than 15 gallons are prohibited.
